Innovation Forum: Can modular school design improve lifetime value?

Innovation Forum 2013 ACT

On 10th September Andrew Duffin and James Ward were invited to present an Innovation Forum to ACT treasury and procurement officials. The Forum explored the platform of modular, design-focused learning environments.

James Ward presented ideas on long term sustainability in response to current demographic shifts and the pressure to deliver operational infrastructure with speed and accuracy. The modular solution has financial integrity which balances costs to reflect a Whole of Life priority.

Andrew Duffin explored new innovations in learning space designs being met with a modular, controlled approach. The modular solution brings precise manufacturing and fast operational delivery. With this approach,  combined  with interchangeable componentry, any learning space can be purpose designed and responsive to the environment, context, and pedagogy.
