Creative Partnerships at Hobsonville Point Primary School

Hobsonville-01

A cutting edge primary school has just opened in the outer Auckland growth suburbs of Hobsonville Point. NBRS+PARTNERS has partnered with the New Zealand Ministry of Education to deliver the first stage of a PPP education precinct.

Along with ASC, the design architects for the project, the team has collaborated to produce a pedagogy responsive plan shaped as a connected indoor street with a mix of open and defined learning spaces.

The primary school kids have enrolled and the new learning environments are being enjoyed by all. The next stage of the education precinct has begun with the construction of an adjacent high school.
